Fast Development, Clear Milestones

OEM/ODM projects move faster when key decisions are confirmed early—before they become costly in bulk production.
Our team supports brands and retailers with a clear, step-by-step OEM/ODM process: concept review, 3D/CAD development, material & finish matching, sampling, bulk production, and final QC before shipment.

What you’ll receive:
•A production-ready sample matched to your selected material and finish
•Clear photos/videos for confirmation (available via video meeting if needed)
•A QC-checked piece that reflects bulk production standards

Materials & Finishes We Produce In-House

Materials & Finishes We Control In-House
To reduce risk in bulk production, we provide material and finish references before sampling.
These references help you confirm metal tone, surface texture, and plating color—so what you approve is what we deliver in final samples and mass production.

Available options include:
• Stainless steel / 925 sterling silver / brass material references
• PVD plating color samples (gold, silver, black, rose, etc.)
• Surface finishes (mirror polish, brushed, matte, sandblasted)
• Logo/engraving & key detail references upon request

Everything You Need to Start Sampling

01 What To Share (So We Can Start Development Fast)

1. Reference Images / Sketch

Photos, drawings, or links help us understand the style and structure quickly.

2. Material & Finish Target

Stainless steel / 925 sterling silver / brass + finish level + plating color.

3. Logo / Engraving Details

Artwork files or simple placement notes are enough for the first round.

4. Target Price Range & Order Plan

Helps us recommend a realistic structure, process route, and cost level.

5. Timeline & Shipping Destination

So we can confirm lead time and keep you updated at each milestone.

02 3D CAD + Quote Confirmation

After we receive your requirements, we prepare a clear quotation and (if needed) a 3D CAD preview.
We confirm key details—dimensions, construction, surface finish, and plating—before moving into sampling to reduce back-and-forth and avoid surprises in bulk production.

03 Prototype Making & Finishing

Once details are approved, we begin prototyping: casting or CNC (as needed), polishing, stone-setting, assembly, and plating.
You’ll receive progress updates and clear photos/videos for approval—so the final sample matches your production standard.

04 Final QC & Shipment

Before shipment, every sample is checked for appearance, function (clasp/links), plating consistency, and workmanship details.
We pack with protection to keep surfaces flawless on arrival—ready for your final confirmation before bulk order.

Fast Prototypes. Clear Communication.

With us you don’t need to be an artist to create your custom jewelry design.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Moving to Bulk

1. Can you handle design changes after the first sample?

Yes. We collect revision notes clearly, confirm priority changes, and update CAD/sample accordingly. You’ll receive photo/video confirmation (and video meeting if needed) before we lock the final version for production.

2. What costs should I expect for OEM/ODM development?

We keep pricing transparent: sampling cost depends on structure and process (casting/CNC/stamping), plus finish/plating requirements. We confirm the quote upfront—no last-minute add-ons after work starts.

3. How long does sampling and bulk production take?

Typical sampling takes around 4–5 weeks after details are confirmed. For bulk orders, lead time depends on quantity and processes. If any risk appears, we update you early so timelines stay predictable.
